Michael Buffer (b. 1944) is an announcer known for his work in boxing and wrestling, as well as occasionally covering other sports. He has made numerous appearances in film and television as fight announcers, whether under his own name or otherwise, including later Rocky movies (Rocky V, Rocky Balboa, and the Creed films) and voice cameos on The Simpsons and South Park.
In 2013, Buffer appeared in the extended version of the Muppisode "Food Fight!" to announce the culinary battle between the Swedish Chef and Gordon Ramsay.
