Michael Masser (1941-2015) was a songwriter of pop music active during the 1970s and 80s. He wrote several songs for and with Whitney Houston, Dionne Warwick, Diana Ross, Barry Manilow, Crystal Gayle, Gladys Knight, and several others.
Masser appeared on Sesame Street in 1979 to play the piano for George Benson who sang Masser's song "The Greatest Love of All" to the kids in the yard.
