Michael Richards (b. 1949) rose to fame as Kramer on the sitcom Seinfeld. He was spoofed on Muppets Tonight as Baby Kramer in the Seinfeld Babies skit. A few years earlier, he'd provided a guest voice on Dinosaurs, as WESAYSO's publicity director in "WESAYSO Knows Best."
