Michel Elias (b. 1948) is a French voice actor who, intermittently, has dubbed several main Muppet characters, most often Rowlf and Dr. Teeth. His first Muppet assignment was Les Muppets, the French dub of The Muppet Movie, as Kermit the Frog and several others. He dubbed Miss Piggy in Noël chez les Muppets (The Muppet Christmas Carol) and returned to dub multiple characters in Le Nouveau Muppet Show (Muppets Now) and the Disney+ redubs of The Muppet Show episodes. He dubbed Lyle and the crab in the Jim Henson Company puppet film The Happytime Murders, as well as the guide in the Creature Shop-effects film The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Elias has been a voice actor since the 1970s, most often in animation, heard in French feature films as Papa Smurf in The Smurfs and the Magic Flute, Snake Feather in the Lucky Luke film The Ballad of the Daltons, Silbad in the scifi Les maîtres du temps, and minor roles in Asterix in Britain. He dubbed Donald Duck in the 1980s (including Who Framed Roger Rabbit and DuckTales), Pumbaa in The Lion King and spinoffs, the Cave of Wonders and Gazeem in Aladdin, Zangief in Wreck-It Ralph, Dr. Drakken and Rufus on Kim Possible, and Owen on Gargoyles.

Live-action dubbing includes Günter Meisner as Hitler in Ace of Aces, Gottfried John as Julius Caesar in Asterix and Obelix vs. Caesar, and Peter Serafinowicz in Spy, while for French movies, he voiced a newsreel announcer in 1980's La banquière and a parrot in the 2003 Michaël Youn comedy La Beuze. In commercials, Elias voiced Mr. Happy for McDonalds, Wario in Nintendo commercials, and dubbed footage of French comedian Fernandel in a series of ads for Puget olive oil.
