Michel Robin (1930-2020) was a French actor who appeared on the French version of Fraggle Rock as the equivalent of Doc. Robin's character was a chef who lived in an abandoned bakery, and his Sprocket was appropriately renamed "Croquette."
Robin's other credits included hundreds of roles in French TV and cinema since the 1960s (including AmΓ©lie and A Very Long Engagement, with Jodie Foster), and he can be heard in the Academy Award nominated animated feature Triplettes de Belleville as the grown up Champion.
