The Microsoft Corporation, founded in 1975 by Bill Gates and Paul Allen, is one of the major manufacturers of computers and operating systems worldwide. Over the years, its roster of products has included Bing, HoloLens, MSN, Skype, Xbox and, most famously, Windows.

Appearances

The Muppets appeared in a series of short video clips inserted into Skype's chat conversations; these are known as "Mojis."

In 2012, Microsoft partnered with Sesame Workshop to create the interactive TV project Kinect Sesame Street TV.
The Muppet CD-ROM: Muppets Inside was developed exclusively for use on Windows operating systems with CD-ROM drives; other Muppet-related games that have been ported to Windows include Spy Muppets: License to Croak and The Muppets: On With the Show!. Some games that were developed for MS-DOS, such as Muppet Adventure: Chaos at the Carnival, and two of the Sesame Street games developed by Hi Tech Expressions, are compatible with older versions of Windows and with 32-bit versions of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
