Michael E. Renzi (usually credited as Mike Renzi) (1941-2021) was a noted composer and pianist who garnered three Emmys for Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction and Composition for Sesame Street.
He served as Sesame Street's music director for ten years, from Season 31 to Season 40.
He additionally played piano/rhodes on select tracks on Jerry Nelson's album Truro Daydreams.
