Miss Fortune is a talking fortune cookie and a part of the Smart Cookies team in the Sesame Street segment, "Smart Cookies."
She is able to dispense slips of paper from within her, giving clues to Cookie Monster and the team on how to stop the latest of The Crumb's crimes.
