Moe is an employee of the Super Duper Ultra Modern Stainless Steel Fancy Schmancy Ice Cream Company.
He wears a blue jacket over a red and white striped shirt with a matching hat that bears the company's initials on the brim. He appears in Episode 0265 where he introduces an ice cream vending machine to the Sesame Street neighborhood.
Despite setting up shop mere feet away from Hooper's Store, Moe initially gets some decent business when he's offering chocolate and vanilla. However, after learning about Oscar the Grouch and Big Bird's favorite flavors (sardine and bird seed, respectively), he restocks the machine and can't seem to sell the new options.
Mr. Hooper successfully outsells him with his variety of ice cream flavors, forcing Moe to call headquarters and quit his job crying.
