Mona Morsel appears in the Smart Cookies segment, "Long Arm of the BearClaw."
She throws a "Dress Up Like a Cookie Party" and hires the Smart Cookies team to keep the Crumb from ruining it. Cookie Monster can't help trying to eat her headpiece. Eventually, the Crumb makes his way inside, unleashing a giant bearclaw that steals everyone's costumes. The team is able to defeat it, but must give up on chasing the Crumb when Cookie goes after Mona's outfit again.
While not named onscreen, her name is acknowledged in the Season 46 press kit description of the segment.[1]
