Telly Monster thinks he's supposed to give the inside story on "Peekaboo Street," which he's been unable to find. He currently stands on Tiddlywinks Street (next to a familiar-looking lamppost) and mentions having found Hopscotch Avenue and Pattycake Street. He stops a passerby for directions, and she points him to... Picabo Street, who he's surprised to find is a person and not a place. Telly then recalls having seen her on television in the Winter Olympics. He gets so carried away in remembering Street's downhill skiing feat (footage of which is shown via a thought balloon) that she's barely able to get a word in edgewise.
The script title references the musical question posed in the "Sesame Street Theme." Telly also makes reference to the theme when asking the whereabouts of Peekaboo Street.
The Tiddlywinks Street sign and lamppost is actually the same sign and post used on the Sesame Street set with the inner text altered (as evident in a close-up shot, as the part covering the CTW isn't perfectly aligned).
