A Sesame Street News feature entitled "Here and There" finds Telly Monster reporting from a quiet library, while co-anchor Deborah Starr is at a loud airport. She interviews a passenger catching a flight to Chicago, but the constant blare of airplanes makes it hard for Telly to hear her. He starts yelling over the noise, which disturbs one young boy trying to read. Upon learning Telly's predicament, the boy appears at the airport moments later to tell Deborah to talk louder. A lost library patron inquires Telly about flying to Albuquerque, causing Telly to scream at him, which gets him thrown out by the librarian. Meanwhile, Deborah asks the boy what book he's reading. He tries to answer Treasure Island, but keeps getting drowned out by the roars of planes flying overhead.
