A mossball is an integral item used in the Rockbeetlle Race as seen in the Fraggle Rock episode "Wembley and the Great Race."
As its name implies, the round object is made of moss and must be rolled using only the competitor's nose while the competitor jumps and shouts "Rockbeetle!" The first competitor across the finish line is the victor.
