Doc collects the mail from a soaked Mr. Hong.
Mr. Hong is Doc's mailman on Fraggle Rock, and as such, the courier of Uncle Traveling Matt's postcards.
He is mentioned in "Sir Hubris and the Gorgs," in which Doc lends him an umbrella to keep him and his mail from getting soaked on the rest of the route.
