Mr. Pogosticker appears in the "Elmo the Musical" segment, "Repair Monster the Musical."
In a city park, Repair Monster Elmo tries to find people who need things fixed. Initially, the Pogosticker doesn't need his help, until a stray magic spell from The Great Halfini splits his pogo stick in half. After singing about his problem, Elmo fixes his pogo stick and he goes off on his merry way.
Though he's seen as a puppet character during most of his screen time, full-body shots of the character hopping on his pogo stick depict the character in animated CGI form.
