Mr. President is in therapy with Meepzorp after the tragic events in the film Independence Day in the Muppets Tonight spoof, "Co-dependence Day: CD4", from episode 202. He is upset that the aliens blew up the White House, New York, Los Angeles, London and Moscow.
The unidentified presidential character is simply referred to as "Mr. President" in the show's dialogue.
