Mrs. Twitter appears in Episode 0937 of Sesame Street.
She brings her egg over to Big Bird for some egg-sitting while she gathers some twigs, as he's the only one she knows in the area with a nest. She promises to pay him a quarter per hour and gives him a stern rule not to break the egg. Big Bird tries to be careful and manages to hatch the egg on his own.
"Twitter" would seem to be her name as well as her species, as Big Bird notes, "I never minded a Twitter-bird egg before."
