Ms. Scuttles is a caterpillar who comes to visit her friend Mr. Squigglebottom in The Furchester Hotel episode "The Caterpillar Catastrophe."
As she arrives, Funella Furchester attempts to call Squigglebottom, and when he doesn't answer, she fears he may be the first guest they've lost... since the last one. After Squigglebottom reveals that he's simply metamorphosed into a butterfly, he suggests she also stay in the twig room, as it'll change her life. She agrees and immediately orders a plate of leaves, causing Cookie Monster to faint.
