McDonald's released a second set of four Muppet Babies Happy Meal toys in 1990. This set was what McDonalds refers to as "regional", in that it was not a nation-wide promotion, but rather was available only in selected regions of the country.
The set had the Babies riding wheeled vehicles. The Baby toys and vehicles were removable. The four vehicles hook up together to form a train.
- Baby Kermit on a yellow and red push car
- Baby Piggy on an old-fashioned three-wheeled bike, with a large front wheel
- Baby Gonzo in a green airplane
- Baby Fozzie in a red mining cart
The first set of Muppet Babies Happy Meal toys was made in 1987.
