In March 2023, Oris released a Kermit the Frog-themed edition of their ProPilot X wristwatch. The watch boasts a green-colored face and on the first of the month, referred to as "Kermit Day," an image of Kermit's head appears in the date window.
A 30-second advertisement was published on YouTube, featuring Kermit performing an original song written by Lucas Ross,[1] with cameos from Angel Marie (as a masseuse) and a Muppet flower. (YouTube) The advertisement was directed by Andrew Williams and produced by Soapbox Films.[2]
A five minute interview with Kermit was shared a few days later. (YouTube) Kermit was also interviewed for Hodinkee and GQ about the watch.
