1999 The first video release of the film, distributed by Columbia TriStar Home Video. Packaged in either a VHS slipcase (pictured), or a clamshell case. Includes the "Shining Star" music video after the movie.

1999 The first Muppet film to be released on DVD; a dual-sided disc featuring the widesceen and full screen transfers of the film and bonus features. Distributed by Columbia TriStar Home Video.

Disc Features

Muppets From Space DVD - Green Moon
2005 Re-released on DVD by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment as a single-sided disc, featuring only the full screen transfers of the film and bonus features. This version was released as a stand-alone title and was also included in several Columbia TriStar box sets (bundled along with The Muppets Take Manhattan and Kermit's Swamp Years).
