Murray Beethoven is a Honker. He appeared in a Sesame Street segment performing his own composition, "Beethoven Quartet For Two Honkers, Dinger, and Cello," with the Sesame Street Chamber Music Society and special guest Yo-Yo Ma.
Bob originally thinks that the piece is by Ludwig van Beethoven, the famous composer, until Ma points out that it was written by Murray Beethoven, the famous Honker.
The Murray puppet is the same one used for Mr. Honker.
