"My Boyfriend's Back and Front" is a Sesame Street song performed by The Squirrelles, introduced by Big Bird. They sing about Rhonda's boyfriend Jimmy, and how she loves both his front and back as he shows them. He eventually gets dizzy by the end of the song and collapses.
The song is a spoof of The Angels' hit, "My Boyfriend's Back."
