NBC Nightly News is NBC's flagship evening news program that premiered in 1970, replacing The Huntley-Brinkley Report. Since 2015, Lester Holt has been the weekday anchor. Previous anchors include Tom Brokaw (1982-2004) and Brian Williams (2004-2015).
Beginning in 2020, a "Kids Edition" of the program has been released every Thursday to NBC's website and YouTube channel, occasionally airing on Saturdays on NBC.
