NYC Film Green is a sustainability program that certifies film and television productions in New York City for implementing environmentally responsible practices.
Oscar the Grouch attended an event on June 7, 2017, at Silvercup Studios in Queens to help unveil the results, alongside Madam Secretary actors Eric Stoltz and Erich Bergen, and Mayorโs Office of Media and Entertainment Commissioner Julie Menin.[1] Oscar also appeared in a PSA for the designation program.
