Nadine Zylstra directed episodes of Sesame Street beginning in season 37. She won an Emmy for Outstanding Directing In A Children's Series in 2007, along with Ted May, Emily Squires, Victor DiNapoli, Ken Diego, Lisa Simon, Jim Martin, and Kevin Clash. Her directing credits also include episodes of the new revival series of The Electric Company.
For a time, Zylstra served as Assistant Vice President, Programming, and Digital Media at Sesame Workshop. She was also the producer of the Bangladesh International Sesame Street, Sisimpur. The process was documented in the film, The World According to Sesame Street.
