Nick Jonas (b. 1992) is a singer and actor who formed the band Jonas Brothers with siblings Joe and Kevin. The group appeared with Miss Piggy in the television special Studio DC Hosted by Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

On his own, Jonas appeared in a 2016 episode of Sesame Street, performing "Check That Shape" with the Muppets. He'd previously appeared with Murray Monster in a May 2015 video segment on the word family, posted on the Sesame Street Facebook page.[1]

Jonas also performed at an April 2011 Sesame Workshop event called Joining Forces, to help kick off the Sesame Street/USO Experience for Military Families, during which he also introduced walk-around versions of the Sesame Muppets. (YouTube)

Nick Jonas began his career as a child actor in the Broadway musicals Annie Get Your Gun, Beauty and the Beast, and Les Misérables. Signed to Columbia Records as a solo artist, Jonas soon formed the group Jonas Brothers. After the group disbanded in 2013, and following solo acting roles on Broadway (How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying) and TV guest spots, he continued to record and act.
