Nobody Cares About Me! is a 1982 Sesame Street storybook featuring Big Bird.
Big Bird is jealous that Ernie is getting so much attention, but he soon finds out from Betty Lou it's because Ernie is sick. He says that it's no fun to have a cold, but Big Bird isn't sure. He decides to attempt to get attention by faking an illness. Before long, Ernie gets better but Big Bird really does become sick, thus realizing the hard way that it's no fun, despite all the attention he is getting. Soon he also gets better.
