"Numerical Correspondence Song (Sing a Song of Numbers)" was performed by a quintet of Anything Muppets in a Gilbert and Sullivan-style operetta.
Beginning with a Valkyrie (voiced by Marilyn Sokol) and Prince Charming (Jim Henson), more Muppets including a king's horseman (Richard Hunt), a milkmaid (Sokol), and an admiral (Jerry Nelson) enter the stage and join in on the song.
Notes[]
- While Sokol voices the Valkyrie, Frank Oz performed the puppetry and speaking voice for the character. He can be heard at the end of the sketch as the quintet gives their bows.
- The design of the admiral would later inspire one half of the Muppet duo Gilbert and Sullivan.
