Ogie Banks (b. 1973) is a voice actor who voices Scooter in the 2018 Muppet Babies series. He previously voiced the off-screen announcer in both the first and second Studio DC: Almost Live specials.
Early in his career, Banks appeared as a dancer in Newsies and in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode "Green No More" (as the Black Ranger's "dark" counterpart). He has been most prolific as a voice actor, heard as Luke Cage and Miles Morales on Ultimate Spider-Man, Clawd Wolf in the Monster High franchise, Omni-Mass on Stretch Armstrong & the Flex Fighters, Clayface and Mr. Freeze in the video game LEGO Batman, and assorted roles in multiple Barbie series.
