Olly Taylor is a British puppeteer, consultant, and director who has performed on various Muppet and Henson productions, most notably on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, where he puppeteered Sketek and other characters.
Taylor's notable puppetry credits on television include performing the title character on the Netflix miniseries Eric (starring Benedict Cumberbatch), the Apple+ series Lovely Little Farm (also working as puppet captain), the 2020 revival of Spitting Image, and characters on various CBeebies programs such as Get Well Soon, The Roly Mo Show, and The Fimbles. Notable film credits include work on such Star Wars films as The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and Solo: A Star Wars Story, and puppeteering the Roadrunner on Wes Anderson's Asteroid City.
Taylor has also served as a puppetry consultant on ad campaigns for brands such as Mars, Nestle, and Halfax and works as a puppetry consultant and director for live theatre productions, where he has also produced and directed some of his own stage shows.
