Rehearsing In Golden Pond
On Golden Pond is a play by Ernest Thompson which originally ran on Broadway from 1979-1980, focusing on an older couple whose summer at their lakeside home is complicated by the arrival of their daughter with a fiancé and his son in tow. The playwright adapted his own material for the 1981 film version, which won three Academy Awards. The play itself was revived on Broadway in 2005.
