"One Heart" is a song from the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "All of Us."
The song is sung by the Fraggles, Doozers, Craggles, Merggles, Junior Gorg, and Marjory the Trash Heap as Junior destroys the fountain blocking the underground water supply, thus resolving the growing conflict between all the creatures. Uncle Traveling Matt returns to Fraggle Rock from Outer Space as the song ends, assuming that the celebrating is for him.
