Sesame Street One Potato
"One Potato" is sung by the Count as he visits a number of street vendors only to count their products.
Notes[]
- Olga Felgemacher voices the produce vendor, the umbrella salesman is performed by Richard Hunt and the newspaper dealer is voiced by Kathryn Mullen. In the album version, the umbrella salesman is voiced by Jeff Moss instead.
- In the televised version, Hunt, Frank Oz, and Jim Henson perform the Anything Muppets to the prerecorded song track. Bob Payne performs the Count's right hand.[1]
- The televised version uses the same set as "In My Neighborhood," and features some of the same Anything Muppets.
- The Count sings an abridged version of the song while counting bats as part of The Best Friends Band "Counting Songs" medley in 2023.
