Opening Shot is a children's arts program produced by London Weekend Television that aired on ITV from 1993 to 1995.

One 26-minute episode aired in 1994 focusing on Sesame Street during the show's 25th anniversary, particularly the filming of Sesame Street All-Star 25th Birthday: Stars and Street Forever! The program features interviews with members of cast and crew (Lisa Simon, Sonia Manzano, Michael Loman, John Stephenson, Cheryl Henson, Norman Stiles, Emilio Delgado, and Ruth Buzzi), as well as some Muppet characters (including Elmo, Zoe, Oscar the Grouch, Count von Count, and Big Bird).

The documentary was planned to be released on DVD as "Sesame Street: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Popular Children's Television Series" by Kultur International Films on November 19, 2013, but was cancelled.
