Orlando Brown (b. 1987) is an actor who, as a child, appeared as one of the kids in the videos Things That Fly and Muppets on Wheels.
Brown's other childhood credits include a regular stint on the sitcom Family Matters (as 3J) and the voice of the title character on Waynehead. In adolescence, he co-starred as Eddie Thomas on That's So Raven and was heard on the Disney series Fillmore (as the lead) and The Proud Family (as Sticky).
