Orville H. Octopus is a 2D-animated purple octopus who first appeared in the Muppet Babies episode "The Card Shark," helping Piggy win an underwater game.
He has since made a silent appearance during a song in the episode "Puppy for a Day." In the episode "Frog Scouts," he helps the Babies in their Frog Scouts training, and has a few lines (this time voiced by Matt Danner).
