"Over and Over" is a song performed by Boober Fraggle from the season two episode "The Great Radish Ball" of Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock.
Boober and his friends discover a magical portal that takes them back in time to the start of the Great Radish Ball, an event Boober is very proud of and thoroughly enjoys. When his friends have had enough fun going back and enjoying the party again and again, Boober refuses to stop (especially when Icy Joe announces the disappearance of their radish supply) and jumps through the portal once more... only to realize that his friends are no longer with him and have covered the portal up with a heavy rock.
Because of this, Boober sings while caught in an infinite time loop, endlessly reliving the same party. The festivities that used to be fun have now become a nightmarish hellscape, and Boober realizes that he must have hope and face the future even if it's bleak - but it's better to do so when you have friends.
