Pamela is a loud and excitable green monster whom Grover spread Herry Monster's alphabet secret to in a sketch from season 3 of Sesame Street. The loose-tongued monster goes on to spread the secret to Fenwick.
Though she did not make any more appearances after this, her design was later referenced in the development of the character Helena for season 21.
