Papino the Pixie is a barber with an Italian accent from the Sesame Street segment Abby's Flying Fairy School.
He is summoned by the class to cut Gonnigan's long, unruly hair after Abby uses Rapunzel brand hair gel on him. Papino has a centipede-like body with four arms, which makes it easy for him to cut and style hair.
