Parker is a blue monster with a green nose and a tuft of white feathers on his head.

Parker also made a named appearance in Episode 2719 (again played by Nelson), and he resurfaced again under the same name (with some minor facial feature adjustments) in Episode 4404 (played by Ryan Dillon).
