Pati Jinich (b. 1972) is a Mexican chef, TV personality, and author based in the United States. She's known for her public television series Pati's Mexican Table.
In 2016, Jinich appeared with Elmo, Rosita, and Cookie Monster in a series of videos for Avocados From Mexico, promoting the benefits of eating avocados.
Jinich's other TV appearances include The Talk, The Chew, Beat Bobby Flay, and Good Morning America.
