Patrick Villechaize is a Fench television director who helmed many episodes of the French co-production of Fraggle Rock.
Villechaize worked as an assistant director on a handful of theatrical films of the seventies, including Par ici la monnaie with Henri Guybet. Most of his work has been for television, however, including TV movies, the children's series Les compagnons de l'aventure, and the long-running French cooking series Goûtez-moi ça.
He is the brother of Hervé Villechaize and made a cameo in the 2018 TV movie My Dinner with Hervé (with Peter Dinklage in the title role).
