Paul Hall-Small is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Small, and baby brother to Sarah Hall-Small. He was featured in the second season Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "Lester Leaps In."
His arrival causes Sarah to feel envious and annoyed because he gets so much attention and she has to be quiet when he's asleep. She eventually learns to love him when her parents say they love them both equally.
