Petey and Tuna are a pair of alien prisoners featured in the Henson company's Brats of the Lost Nebula.
They have been imprisoned, chained up and tortured by Hextar Vigar for 1,300 years. The pair are curious, nosey and oddly optimistic.
In "The Runaways," Ryle encounters Petey and Tuna in prison. They share that they love Winkie Tinkle Snoz (whom they confuse Ryle for) and sing his entire theme song.
Zadam and Duncan are later imprisoned with the pair in "Blite For a Day." They share that they love to pass the time by making funny noises with their mouths. Tuna can remove his arms from his shackles (a skill he initially only wants to use to make armpit farting noises) and eventually helps Zadam and Duncan escape. While chained and awaiting their torture, Zadam speculates that being imprisoned with the pair might actually be their torture.
One of the puppets was later reused for the Close Encounters Alien in From the Balcony.
