Phil Hartman (1948-1998) was an actor known for playing Captain Carl on Pee-wee's Playhouse, appearing on Saturday Night Live, and providing several voices on The Simpsons.
In 1991, Hartman played a mover for the ABC Moving Company on Sesame Street in Episode 2800.
His other credits include four seasons of NewsRadio, The Gong Show Movie (with Jaye P. Morgan), Cheech & Chong's Next Movie (with Cheech Marin), Pandemonium (with Carol Kane), Jumpin' Jack Flash (with Whoopi Goldberg), Three Amigos! (with Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Chevy Chase), Houseguest (with Sinbad), and Jingle All the Way (with Arnold Schwarzenegger).
