Phil LaMarr (b. 1967) is an American actor, voice actor and impressionist. He was one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv, and has had an extensive voice acting career, including featured roles on Futurama (as Hermes Conrad), Star Wars: The Clone Wars (as Kit Fisto), the title characters of Samurai Jack & Static Shock and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (as Wilt).
LaMarr appears as a doctor in The Muppets episode "Generally Inhospitable."
