Philine Peters-Arnolds (b. 1954) is a German voice actress who dubbed Rachel Bitterman in Das Grösste Muppet-Weihnachtsspektakel aller Zeiten (It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie), Aughra on Der dunkle Kristall: Ära des Widerstands (The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance), and Penny Waxman in the German dub of The Muppets Mayhem.
Peters-Arnolds is the standard German voice of Joan Cusack, including Looney Tunes: Back in Action. She usually lent her voice to higher, quirky-voiced actresses like Carol Kane (Jumpin' Jack Flash and other movies and on Gotham and guest appearances), Jennifer Tilly in the Chucky movies, Annie Potts in Ghostbusters and sequels, Marion Ramsey in the Police Academy franchise, Allyce Beasley on Moonlighting, Judy Holliday in It Should Happen to You, and Yeardley Smith in Maximum Overdrive. Cartoon roles include Sadness in Inside Out, Goldie in Rock-a-Doodle, Nermal on Garfield and Friends, and Ma Beagle on the 2017 DuckTales revival.
Her brother, Pierre Peters-Arnolds, dubbed characters on Jim Hensons beste Geschichten (The StoryTeller) and the German dub of The StoryTeller: Greek Myths.
