Tisserand during the recording of Le Muppet Show
Pierre Tisserand (b. 1938) is a French singer who worked on the musical adaptation of The Muppet Show into French, as Le Muppet Show. He wrote French lyrics for the theme and other songs, including "Bein' Green." Tisserand also dubbed the voice of Robin and singing vocals for Floyd Pepper and other characters.
Tisserand began recording as a pop singer in the 1960s, usually writing his own songs. He also composed "L'Homme Fossile" for actor/singer Serge Reggeani, which became part of the latter's repertoire.
