A pre-teen version of Miss Piggy, as seen in the Muppet Kids books and video games.
Piggy lives in a fancy house with her mother. She is usually dressed in pink - her signature clothes are her pink overalls with matching purple gloves - and she often wears her hair in two pigtails. Her best friend is Kermit, whom she has a crush on. She also likes to hang out with Skeeter and Janice.
Piggy is the central character of several books in the series, including: New Kid in the Neighborhood, Piggy Gets the Jitters, Piggy Takes a Dare, Piggy for President, Piggy Isn't Talking, The Disaster on Wheels, and Piggy Can't Wait.
In contrast to her adult counterpart, Piggy is sweet and good-natured but also a little shy and insecure, especially when she sometimes feels like she's not good enough for her friends.
